New Lower Buyer Fees on GamerPay

As of today, 2nd April 2024, we have updated our fee structure on GamerPay.

We've slashed our buyer fees by up to 50%!
This means that buyers will now enjoy much lower fees when making purchases and deposits via card, bank or crypto.

Understand how we’ve reduced the deposit and purchasing fees below.

Buying skins via credit card (3.5% + €0.70 fee)

When you make a direct purchase on GamerPay, using your credit card, you will now only have to pay 3.5% + €0.70 instead of the old previous fee of 6.5% + €0.70.

Deposit funds via credit card (2.5% + €0.70 fee)

You can also use your Wallet balance to purchase skins. You can deposit to your Wallet using a credit card as well. This will now only cost a smaller fee of 2.5% + €0.70 instead of the previous fee of 5% + €0.70. We are happy to make it far more affordable for you to get that extra money on your Wallet, allowing you to buy your dream skin!

Deposit funds via bank transfer (1.5%)

We also lowered the deposit fee for bank transfers. Now it will cost you just 1.5% instead of the old 1.7%. Please note that it can take up to 3 business days for your money to arrive in your account.

You can also purchase our Diamond subscription and pay a 0% bank deposit fee.

Deposit funds via crypto (1.5%*)

On GamerPay you can also use crypto to purchase skins. Here, we also lowered this deposit fee for crypto deposits. Now the fee is 1.5%* instead of the old 1.7%.

*Please note that an exchange fee of 1.5% + the blockchain gas fee is added by our partner. Under volatile market conditions, an additional fee of 0% to 1% may be applied.

Using the GamerPay Wallet

As you might now realize, it will always be wise to have some balance loaded into your wallet. To get funds on GamerPay, you can either sell skins/items to other users through our Peer-2-Peer system or load some money in by bank transfer or card.

If you need the funds instantly, you can deposit them with a payment card.

If you want to save some fees and have a bit of patience, you can deposit through bank transfer.

Withdrawing balance

Withdrawing balance to your bank account comes with a small fee of 2.5% unless you are subscribed to our Diamond GamerPay Elite tier. The Diamond subscription gives you free withdrawals, lowered fees and you are eligible for premium drops as well.

KYC

In order to use GamerPay to its fullest, you will have to complete the KYC process (Know Your Customer). Once the KYC has been completed, you can use the GamerPay Wallet to purchase items with your balance, as well as withdraw funds to your bank account.

The majority of our users are verified within a few hours, but it may take up to 2 business days to get fully verified. It’s worth it - trust us! ;)
