Harry Potter and the Strickercrafts of Counter-Strike

Welcome to our Article “Harry Potter and the Skins of Counter-Strike”.

In this article we show you seven sticker crafts inspired by the Harry Potter books. One craft per book.
Potterheads can read this article without any fear, for everyone else there are: Caution, may contain traces of spoilers!

HP and the
Five-SeveN | Berries And Cherries

Let's start our journey with the first part, "and the Philosopher's Stone".
For this part I chose the Five-SeveN | Berries And Cherries with the red of the Hogwarts Express and the Sticker | Blue Gem (Glitter) for the stone.

The Five-SeveN | Berries And Cherries are available with different patterns, similar to a fade pattern. The pattern shifts along the y-axis and has either more red or more blue. The price changes depending on the proportion of colour. For example, a high proportion of blue colour costs just under €170, while more balanced patterns settle at around €70. The Five-Seven is available in FN and MW.
Below you can see pattern #178 and #644.

The Sticker | Blue Gem (Glitter) will cost you around €3 and has the potential to upgrade some of your skins!

HP and the
Desert Eagle | Emerald Jörmungandr

The next stop is the Chamber of Secrets and, of course, fewer skins fit better than the Desert Eagle | Emerald Jörmungandr. It is currently being traded for around 200€ upwards and comes with different pattern. The interesting thing about the pattern is the position of Jörmungandr's head. For Example on the Tip like Pattern #726 or on the handle like Pattern #741. There is also the possibility to get a Pattern with two or three Jörmungandr heads on one Deagle.

In keeping with the theme, we also have the Sticker | Basilisk (Foil). It will cost you around €6 and looks pretty cool on some skins.

HP and the
M4A4 | Spider Lily

We have chosen a pretty apt combination for the third book. The M4A4 | Spider Lilynot only matches the colour of the Sticker | Cbbl (Holo), which looks pretty much exactly like Harry's Patronus, it also bears the name of his mother. A little refresher for those who no longer remember. Harry has a stag as his Patronus because his father could turn into a stag. James' Patronus was also a stag. So in this combination, we have Harry, Lily and James together.

The M4A4 | Spider Lily is one of the most beautiful cheap M4 skins. You can get an FN for just €14 and if you're an ST fan you'll pay around €60 (FN and ST) for this beauty. If you opt for a poorer condition, you will have to live with the fact that it will show some scratches and become a little darker. However, in most cases the main artwork will be beautifully preserved. The Sticker | Cbbl (Holo) is pretty cheep, with less than €1 each.

HP and the
AK-47 | Gold Arabesque

The fourth skin is not so obvious, especially for those who have only seen the films. In the fourth book, Harry's third task in the Triwizard Tournament involves our hero wandering through a labyrinth filled with magical creatures and obstacles. One of the obstacles Harry has to overcome is the riddle of a sphinx. If he solves the riddle correctly, he is allowed to pass; if he gives the wrong answer, it attacks him.

The Sticker | Sphinx (Holo) is pretty cheap. It will cost you a little under €1. The AK-47 | Gold Arabesque, on the other hand, is a rather expensive skin. If you want it, you have to expect to pay well over €3,000 for an FN and even in bad condition you will definitely pay over €2,000.

HP and the
AWP | Wildfire

I think the next skin is pretty obvious. The AWP | Wildfire is a pretty nice skin, in the middle price range. You can get an FN for about €150 in FN,ST €350, but as the float increases, the pattern gets noticeable scratches, so it's advisable to spend a bit more.

The Sticker | Phoenix Reborn (Foil) is available for around €5 and is a must, especially for fans of the fifth Harry Potter instalment.

HP and the
MAG-7 | Prism Terrace

The sixth craft is a homage to Dumbledore and a real spoiler for anyone who hasn't read the sixth book. Dumbledore is killed by Snape on the Astronomy Tower and falls down onto the Hogworts grounds. As he is a real hero to most of us, I really wanted to dedicate the Sticker | Vertigo's Hero (Holo) in this loadout to him.

Fun fact about Dumbledore. "Dumbledore" is the Old English word for bumblebee. Albus was given this surname because he likes humming and has a weakness for sweets.

The Sticker | Vertigo's Hero (Holo) is a pretty cheep sticker approx. €0,50. I chose the MAG-7 | Prism Terrace skin because it goes quite well with it. It is also an inexpensive skin. In FN you can get it for €15, but the skin scratches quickly, so you should choose a low float.

HP and the
FAMAS | Commemoration

For the last skin I choosed the FAMAS | Commemoration with Sticker | Badge of Service. The FAMAS | Commemoration costs €15 in FN and is also available in ST. In really bad condition the skin gets scratches but you can also find good ones in MW.

The Sticker | Badge of Service is unter €0,10. I really like it because it portrays the snake and the lightning bolt (Voldemort and Harry) quite nicely.
